Privacy Policy

This policy covers miracleleafhealthcenters.com. It describes what this website collects, what it does not collect, and what happens when you leave it by following a referral link.

What this site does not collect

This website has no contact forms, no sign-up, no account, no login, and no patient portal. It does not ask you for your name, your date of birth, your medical history, or any other personal detail, and it has no server that could store one. Nothing you type into the eligibility tool on this site is transmitted anywhere: that tool runs entirely in your own browser, compares what you enter against published labeling, shows you the result, and keeps no record of it.

Miracle Leaf® Health Centers does not create, receive, or hold protected health information through this website.

What is collected automatically

Like most websites, this one uses analytics to understand which pages people read. Analytics providers receive standard technical information: the address of the page you viewed, the address of the page that referred you, your browser and device type, your general region derived from your IP address, and the time of your visit.

Analytics also records four actions, rather than only the page itself.

The first is tapping the phone number. That records that a call was started and which part of the page it was started from. It does not record the call, the number you called from, or anything said on it.

The second is following a link to start an evaluation. There are two such links on a page — booking a free call with the care team, or going straight to the intake form — and this records which of those two actions you took, along with which part of the page you left from. It does not record anything you go on to enter there, and it does not carry any information about you to them. What happens once you arrive is covered by the section on the partner below.

The third is scanning a printed code in one of our clinics. Printed cards, window clings, posters and bag inserts in our clinics carry a code that sends you to booking. Scanning one records which clinic the code was in and which kind of printed item it was, so we can tell which material is useful and which is not. It does not record anything about you, and we would have no way to tell one scan of the same card from another.

The fourth is tapping the email address on our contact page. That records that an email was started and which part of the page it was started from. It does not record the address you wrote from, the message, or whether you sent it. There is only one address on this site, so which address was tapped is not recorded either: there is nothing to distinguish.

The fifth is choosing to find a clinic near you. Most pages offer that as the main button, with the option of a remote evaluation beside it, and this records which of the two you chose and which part of the page you chose it from. The link goes to our own locations page rather than to the partner, so nothing leaves this site when you follow it, and it records nothing about where you are.

Nothing else you do on a page is recorded as an action.

Please read this part. Because the pages on this site are about specific medical treatments, the page addresses recorded by analytics can indicate which treatments a visitor was reading about. That information is not linked to your name by us, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors. If you would rather it not be collected at all, the section on your choices below explains how to prevent it.

Who receives it

• Google Analytics, which provides the traffic measurement described above. Google's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare, which serves this website and, in doing so, processes request data such as IP addresses for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

When you follow a referral link to Heally

Buttons and links on this site that offer an evaluation send you to Heally, an independent telehealth platform. Heally is a separate company. Once you arrive there, you are on Heally's website, subject to Heally's privacy policy and terms. Health information you give during an evaluation is collected there, under that policy, and not through this website. Read it before providing information to them.

Miracle Leaf® is who you pay. Payment for treatment is made to Miracle Leaf®, so a record of your order and payment reaches us. That record is created when you pay. Nothing you do on this website creates it, and this website does not collect it.

Miracle Leaf® has a financial relationship with Heally. That relationship is described on our payment disclosure page.

Cookies

Analytics uses cookies or similar browser storage to tell a returning visitor from a new one. You can block or delete these through your browser settings at any time. Doing so does not affect your ability to read anything on this site.

Your choices

• Install Google's official browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics on every site, including this one.
• Enable your browser's Do Not Track or equivalent privacy setting, or use a browser or extension that blocks analytics scripts.
• Block or clear cookies for this site in your browser settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over information about you, including the right to ask what is held and to ask that it be deleted. Because this site holds no records that identify you, such a request is usually best directed to the analytics provider. You are welcome to contact us and we will help where we can.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be described on this page rather than made silently.
