Hormone Therapy
Testosterone replacement and hormone replacement therapy, through licensed providers.

Reviewed by physicians in the Miracle Leaf® network. See our medical review team. last reviewed
What this covers
- Testosterone replacement therapy for men, whether you are starting out or continuing a course begun elsewhere.
- Hormone replacement therapy for women, including support through perimenopause and menopause.
- Refills and ongoing management, so an established course does not lapse between reviews.
- Hormone lab work, ordered by a licensed provider and gone through with you afterwards.
What happens
It starts with a free call and nothing is decided on it. A licensed provider makes every clinical decision after that, with you.
-
Book a free call with the care team. No charge and no obligation.
-
The care team answers your questions and confirms details.
-
If you continue, a licensed provider reviews your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate.
-
Where treatment is appropriate, lab work is ordered first and results are reviewed with you.
People usually ask about this when
- Low energy, reduced muscle mass, or changes in mood
- Hot flashes, night sweats, disrupted sleep, or brain fog
- Wanting to understand what a hormone panel measures before deciding anything
- Continuing therapy started with another clinic or provider
- Basic questions about what testosterone therapy is and what it involves
What to expect on the call
- The call is with the Miracle Leaf® care team, not with a provider. Nobody prescribes anything on it.
- You will be asked what you are looking for, what you have tried before, and whether you are already on a course of therapy.
- You can ask what the evaluation involves, what testing is likely, and what happens at each step, before committing to anything.
- Nothing is charged for the call, and taking it is not signing up for treatment.
- If you decide to go ahead, the care team arranges the next step with a licensed provider. If you do not, that is the end of it.
Have this ready
- A photo ID, and the state you will be in at the time of your evaluation. A provider has to be licensed there.
- A list of anything you currently take, including supplements and any hormone therapy started elsewhere, with who has been managing it.
- Any recent lab results you already have. They are not required, and a provider may still order their own.
- Your questions. The call has no fixed length and the care team goes through all of them.
Miracle Leaf® does not evaluate, diagnose, prescribe or dispense. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Common questions
- What happens after the call?
- If you decide to go ahead, the care team books your evaluation with a licensed provider. The provider reviews your intake, orders lab work where appropriate, and goes through the results with you before deciding anything. If treatment is appropriate, that provider prescribes and manages it, and refills are reviewed as they come due.
- How long does the first call take?
- As long as your questions take. It is a phone call with the care team rather than a medical appointment, so there is no fixed slot to get through, and there is no charge either way.
- Do I speak to a doctor on the first call?
- No. The first call is with the care team, who answer questions and confirm details. A licensed provider conducts the evaluation afterwards and is the only person who decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
- Do I need lab work before anything is prescribed?
- Where a provider decides hormone therapy may be appropriate, lab work is ordered first and reviewed before any decision is made. You do not need to arrive with testing already done.
- I am already on therapy. Can I move my refills here?
- Refills and ongoing management are part of what this service covers. Tell the care team on the first call what you are currently taking and who has been managing it. A licensed provider still reviews before any refill is issued.
- What happens if a provider decides treatment is not appropriate for me?
- Then it is not prescribed. A provider can decline, or suggest something other than what you came in asking about, and that decision is theirs alone. The consultation still costs you nothing.
- Does it matter which state I am in?
- Yes. A provider has to be licensed in the state you are in at the time of your evaluation, so the booking asks you to select it. Raise it on the first call if you are unsure, because the booking system can accept an appointment the care team is not able to serve.
